Each year Winnie's Manayunk hosts the Hearts O' Clover Night to benefit North Light Community Center. From 4 -10PM on Tuesday, March 13 at Winnie's 100% of what you spend on food and beverages will go directly to North Light Community Center to help neighborhood families in need with food and services!

Here's what Winnie herself has to say about the event:

"Walking through my dining room during a 'HEARTS OF CLOVER' night is probably the most rewarding feeling in the world to me. Anyone and everyone that comes for dinner that evening is there for one reason.... they are there for their neighbors and their community.

Every person knows one and other.... everyone is there to feel the genuine love for their neighborhood.

North Light's mission is close to my heart mostly because it reminds me of growing up watching my Mom always struggling for help with after school care of her six little girls. We were lucky to have My Aunt Mary McGovern, and my Grandmom and Grandpop O'Rourke to help. Not everyone is as fortunate as I was growing up..... we need places like North Light Community Center for those people.

And the people at North Light are good people that truly deserve to be honored."

In addition to their regularly delicious menu, Winnie's will be serving corned beef and cabbage and Irish stew, accompanied with baskets of their famous Artisan breads. Everyone who places their order by 5:15pm will get a ticket to see the Phillies play the Cincinnati Reds on Monday, April 9, 7:05 pm, at Citizens Bank Park.
