The Bazemore Gallery is a boutique art gallery that is nestled right in the heart of Main Street Manayunk. After living downtown for a few years and working as an art consultant, Lenny Bazemore wanted to open up a gallery of his own. Passionate about what he does, he wanted to help people learn and appreciate art that they may not otherwise have access too. Lenny chose Manayunk because he believed it was the perfect neighborhood to open up a gallery that was new, hip, and fresh.
Only open for the past 5 months, The Bazemore Gallery is excited to host the exhibit by Justin Y entitled, Everlastin9. An acclaimed Hong Kong artist, Justin Y is a contemporary based artist who will embark on his first ever solo exhibition in the United States and is coming right here to Manayunk.
After discovering Justin by a referral through a mutual friend, Lenny immediately fell in love with his art work. All of his colorful works are completed with just his fingertips and his inspiration comes from ancient cities, deep sea reserves, snow top mountains and deserts, and aboriginal settlements. His artwork is currently a hot commodity as it’s selling extremely well internationally especially in parts of Asia and Australia.
Justin Y’s vibrant masterpieces will be on display, beginning with the opening reception on Saturday April 5th. Enjoy a night of live music by a young cellist, light bites, refreshments, and mingling with Justin Y himself!
The exhibit of Everlastin9 will be on display The Bazemore Gallery, which is located at 4339 Main Street, until May 10 2014.

Wow, exciting. Is there a link to look at some of the paintings?
