The district of Manayunk is exploding with fitness options that cater to just about anyone and everyone.  Our newest venture, Never Give Up Training, LLC opens Monday, February 18 at 115 Levering St, Manayunk.

Never Give Up Training focuses on 100 percent personalized fitness sessions.  The facility will offer personal training, fitness classes, one-on-one training plans, monthly training plans, nutrition plans, group workouts, goal setting and coaching as well as all-sport training! 

“It is a place where you can get everything in one,” Cook says, “a personalized training facility that will put any gym regimen you had in the past.”

The facility recognizes that every athlete has different strengths, weaknesses, and training levels.  This type of personalized fitness regimen is exactly what any fitness-conscious person can use to move in the right direction for a better fitness plan.

Owner, Ali Cook, could not be more excited about the opening on Monday.  “I love Manayunk and the atmosphere here.  I was a trainer at The Wall Cycling Studio while also running Never Give Up, now I’m ready to open my own studio right in the heart of Manayunk.”
