The Out & About festival is Manayunk's annual celebration of National Coming Out Day. This year's will once again host a queerated market exclusively for artisans and creative professionals. This is an excellent opportunity to showcase your unique creations and connect with fellow makers and art enthusiasts within the community.

WHEN: Saturday, October 5th from 11AM-4PM

QUALIFICATIONS: We are looking for artisans who create original, high-quality, handmade items. All crafts, including but not limited to 2d artwork, jewelry, pottery, woodworking, textiles, and paper goods, will be considered. We encourage artisans of all levels of experience to apply, as we are committed to showcasing a diverse range of talents and styles. To qualify for a space in this area you/your business must be directly involved in the creation of the items for sale, no reselling is permitted.

APPLICATION DEADLINE: Space in this area is limited. Applications are due by Friday, July 26.

NOTIFICATION DATE: Our panel will review all applicants and notify participants of their decisions by August 2.

SETUP: Each booth space is approximately 10’ x 10’. Vendors will provide their own tables, tents (if desired), and signage. Tents are not required but recommended in case of inclement weather as this is a rain-or-shine event.

BOOTH FEE & GRANTS: There is no application fee for this event, but there is a booth fee of $75 for accepted vendors, due by September 1. Grants are available for artists in need of financial assistance.
