And better yet, National Get to Know Your Customer Day takes place not only one but four times a year on the third Thursday of January, April, July, and October.

The day is really a way for businesses to say hats off to you while highlighting the fact that they value not only your support, but your time, input, feedback, ideas and company. The day is about going beyond a transaction and really opening the door for conversation, collaboration, and growth.

Ask them questions, whether that be about certain products/services, their business story, or something else on your mind. Have a favorite product or in-store story? Share it with them.
