With the temperature dropping, and leaves falling, it is time to navigate the seasonal activities that Manayunk has to offer this autumn. Here’s a list of just a few things that are going on this month:

Halloween in Manayunk

This holiday get the early bird special by celebrating with us on October 29th. Trick-or-Treating will take place on Main Street at select small businesses from 11 a.m. -2 p.m.. Bring the whole family - pets, too! Before hitting up the treats, stop by Pretzel Park and have your children (human OR furry) join in a costume parade at 10:30 a.m..

Trick-OR-Trolley

Now that the cold weather is creeping up, sometimes walking isn’t the most desirable option. The Trick-or-Trolley will run Thursdays through Saturdays from October 6th to November 5th. Riders will be able to get off at their favorite restaurants, shops, businesses, and at Philadelphia’s newest haunted attraction, Lincoln Mill Haunted House. The trolley runs from Thursday and Friday 6 p.m. - 10 p.m. and Saturdays from 1 p.m. - 10 p.m. Riders can pick up the FREE trolley at these locations :

Lincoln Mill Haunted House

The legend of Viktor Kane haunts the hallways of Lincoln Mill house this season. As Philadelphia’s newest attraction, this Lincoln Mill Haunted House brings horror to those seeking it. If scares are not for you, do not fret as they also offer scavenger hunts on the weekends. Whether you choose the fight or not, it is a must to unravel the hidden secrets of Kane.

Taqueria Things

This fall Taqueria Amor whips up a spell with two of the most beloved ingredients: tacos and Stranger Things. All through October, the spooky spirit is ignited with drink specials. From the blood orange tang of Vecna’s Curse to the punch of Hawkin’s Lab 022 Potion. Every half hour there is a lights display with music and scenes from the recent Stranger Things season. Make sure to stop by before the clock’s fourth chime!

The PSL’s HOTTER Sister

While a Starbucks PSL is a fall staple, Manayunk’s local cafe’s offer a hefty competition with their fall specials. Iced or hot, the fall flavors coat your mouth with comfort. From The Coraline at Artesano Cafe to Shakin’ in my Boots at Valerio, cafes offer a multitude of fall combinations. Even Mi ‘N Tea has a fall menu including pumpkin bubble tea. These drinks are guaranteed to elevate your day!
