Responsibilities:

  • Processing payments, invoices, income and receipts and entering data into QuickBooks then filing hard copies
  • Paying vendor invoices and tracking bank account balances
  • Reconciling
  • Developing monthly financial statements to track progress
  • Preparing employee wages and 1099s

Qualifications: Bookkeeping background and fluency in QuickBooks Online software
