Job Description:

Summary: Philadelphia CPA Firm in Manayunk is seeking a Administrative Assistant. The candidate should have strong oral and written communication skills. The candidate should have a commitment to client service, deadlines, a willingness to learn and accept new challenges, and be a flexible, highly organized, detail oriented, self-starter who is able to handle multiple projects.

Description:

  • Database management
  • Process federal individual, corporate, partnership, trust and payroll returns.
  • Assist Staff with miscellaneous projects
  • Learn the different tax forms Preparation research technical issues using online tools.
  • Perform other duties as needed on engagements and as assigned.
  • Schedule meeting via video or telephone

Experience Required:

  • College graduate
  • Ability to work 40 hours a week plus additional hours on weekend as season progresses.
  • Strong computer skills, proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and QuickBooks.
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive and adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Integrity, dependability, and trustworthiness and detailed oriented.
  • Ability to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously (multi-task).
  • Ability to think independently and work collaboratively
  • Ability to meet deadlines, work in a timely manner
