At Mia Ragazza, we believe great meals start the moment guests walk through the door. We’re an upscale-casual Italian restaurant in Manayunk serving craveable food, craft cocktails, and serious hospitality—and we’re looking for a Host/Hostess who brings the same energy.
What You’ll Do:
Be the first smile guests see and the reason they can’t wait to come back
Run the host stand like a pro—handling reservations, walk-ins, and wait lists
Seat guests thoughtfully to keep the dining room flowing and servers happy
Share accurate wait times (no awkward surprises)
Help with phones, takeout questions, and special guest requests
Keep the front of house looking sharp and welcoming
Work closely with the team to create seamless, stress-free service
What We’re Looking For:
A warm, confident personality who genuinely loves people
Someone cool under pressure during busy nights and brunch chaos
Strong communication and multitasking skills
Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays
Restaurant or customer service experience is great—but a great attitude is better
