Job Title: Server, Waiter, Waitress
Description: Our servers are one of the most important faces of the restaurant! We pride ourselves on the fact that our team is very friendly and knowledgeable of not only all drinks and food at TGB but also policies and steps of service. We expect the best and most polite experience possible for our new and reoccurring faces.
We do require every new server to work about 3-4 training shifts and a menu test prior to being scheduled on their own. Additionally a RAMP certification after 30 days of being hired but, management is happy to provide any and all tools to make all of this possible and set you up for success!
Shifts usually start at 3:00PM or 5:00PM during the week and varies on the weekend.
We do have a lovely staff and we would love a new addition to join the team!
Experience: 2 Years Previous Hosting/Serving Experience
Pay/Rate: $2.83/hr plus tips (approx $20-$30/hr)
