Join us for our annual tree lighting ceremony on Monday, November 23 at 6:30PM - virtually! Watch performances from local entertainment companies, hear from local politicians, and help us count down to the holiday season with the grand finale of the tree lighting. You better watch out -- the big man himself may make an appearance, too!

ADOPT A LOCAL FAMILY!
In partnership with North Light Community Center, the Manayunk Development Corporation is helping local families in need this holiday season. Stop by 4312 Main Street to pick a gift item off of the holiday tree to donate to a North Light family. Donation drop offs will take place between November 28-December 11, Monday-Friday from 9AM-5PM.

The Manayunk Development Corporation stand behind all efforts to eradicate COVID-19, but another shutdown will result in hundreds of Manayunk employees being laid off at the beginning of the holiday season with minimal aid at the state and federal levels. These employees and their families will be in dire need of resources, such as food and living expenses.
If we all pitch in, we can make a difference to ensure that Manayunk employees gets a helping hand from their community. Thank you for your consideration and even if you can’t help, please remember to shop small this holiday season and support your local business community. They need us now more than ever before.
There are over 700 spaces are available in parking lots conveniently located throughout the commercial district. In addition, revenue generated in many Manayunk parking lots is used for street maintenance, anti-graffiti programs, landscape and greening projects, watershed education and ongoing development projects.
